SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Lashious Studio ships orders only within Canada, through Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will automatically be provided in your confirmation email for ease of tracking your purchase. 

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address for delivery and contact information. 

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Options

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and include your choice of the following flat rates:

Canada Post

Expedited parcel: 2-7 business days = $20.00
Xpresspost: 2-3 Business Days (other than to remote regions) = $25.00

We provide tracking information for all packages. Please ensure you are having your package delivered to a trusted location. Once a package has left our store and a tracking number has been provided to you, Lashious Studio is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Product Returns/Exchange

Lashious Studio has a no return/exchange policy due to the nature of our products because we cannot resell opened or used products. No returns will be accepted without authorization from Lashious Studio. Any non-authorized return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  No refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the carrier for damage inspection and to open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes.

Defective Products

If you think you may have received a defective product, please contact us at contact@lashiousstudio.com.

Please send us a video or photo of the defective item so that we can evaluate the issue.  Once we have confirmed the issue with you by email we may authorize that a replacement product be sent to you. 

Lashious Studio reserves the right to deny a defective product claim if our evaluation shows no grounds for a defect. 

Product Availability

If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and refund you for the out of stock item. You will be notified about a refund via email and your card will be refunded within 2-5 business days (depending on your payment method).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has left our store and a tracking number has been provided to you, Lashious Studio is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Canada Post will have the most current information regarding your package. Please call Canada Post if you believe your package has been Lost or Stolen, and they can open a claim for you.

Packages Refused upon Delivery

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Lashious Studio, Canada Post will return the item to us and any associated shipping expenses will be billed to the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping.

Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, please email contact@lashiousstudio.com and reference your order number. An order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once an order has been packaged a 15% restocking fee applies. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

Discontinued Products

No Credits, Refunds or Exchanges allowed.

IMPORTANT FOR RETURNS:  Please include your NAME, BUSINESS NAME, ORDER NUMBER, RECEIPT/PACKING SLIP, CONTACT INFORMATION (email and phone) and REASON FOR RETURNING. Failure to provide contact information will affect your claim if we have no way of contacting you.

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address (not including a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser's behalf (errors in the product(s) selected), shipping & handling fees will apply. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
