Lashious Studio Story
Before opening Lashious Studio in 2015, artist and owner Leah Crockford started her journey in Vancouver, where she attended school (London School - Nail Technology and Biotouch Canada - Permanent Makeup) and trained with one of the best lash technicians the city has to offer, Joanna Keller of Beautique. Highly creative and with a knack for business, Leah wanted to open a studio that offered high-quality beauty services at affordable rates back in her hometown, Saskatoon. After finishing training and school out west, she moved back home and opened Lashious Studio, specializing in eyelash extensions and permanent makeup services. Lashious studio offers a private studio vibe, with a trendy and safe environment on the 4th floor of the Avenue Building, downtown on 3rd Ave. Continuing education over the years, Leah has certification from Spa Academy, LashBoxLa, Shay Danielle Academy and Mara Cosmetic Tattoo Academy.
With over a decade in the eyelash extension industry, she has tried nearly every lash product and tool on the market and wondered if there could be high-quality products perfectly customized to make lash artists' job a breeze at an affordable price. In 2020 she launched her brand of lash products, which are beautifully designed and encompass all of the best qualities of lash brands—designed for lash artists by a lash artist.
